This document describes the corporate Integrated Management System (IMS) of IPCore Datacenters SL, operator of a carrier-neutral data center in Madrid. Our IMS is implemented in line with the ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environment) and ISO 50001 (Energy) standards for the operation of our Co-location, Private and Virtual Cloud, and Disaster Recovery services.

To deliver this service we rely on competent, qualified personnel who anticipate our clients' needs and provide a high standard of quality and security, while complying with the legal, regulatory and technical requirements applicable to data center operations.

Our management system is based on the following operational commitments:

• Quality (ISO 9001): maintaining the quality, security and availability of our service to meet the requirements of our clients and other interested parties.
• Environmental management (ISO 14001): managing the operational environmental aspects of running the facility —energy use, equipment waste, emissions and discharges— through continuous evaluation of our environmental performance.
• Energy efficiency (ISO 50001): identifying, measuring and optimizing the energy consumption of our facility, and favoring energy-efficient equipment and design.
• Continuous improvement: through staff training and the allocation of the resources needed to improve our quality, environmental and energy performance.

This document is approved by the Director, reviewed periodically to ensure its continued suitability, made available to the public, and serves as the framework for defining our operational objectives.
