MAD-NE offers colocation —also known as server housing— for servers and network equipment owned by the customer or their technology provider.
The public offering focuses on full 42U racks, power from 1 to 5 kW per rack, customer-chosen connectivity, and 24×7×365 physical operations.
An organization does not need to keep its own staff in Madrid to host infrastructure at MAD-NE. Authorized access, hardware receiving, and remote hands make it possible to coordinate and physically operate the equipment from other regions, under the conditions and procedures agreed for each project.

The 32 A figure describes the physical capacity of each outlet, not the power the customer is required to contract. The commercial power is defined separately for the rack as a whole.
03 / Colocation
ipcore's colocation service does not require a minimum commitment period. The customer can contract the rack and power without being obligated to keep them for a minimum number of months or years.
The cancellation procedure, any applicable notice period, equipment removal, and service closure are set out in the proposal and the contract. Telecommunications circuits, specific work, or services provided by third parties may have their own terms.

The power supply is additionally backed by emergency power generation.
These designations describe the configuration of the infrastructure. Contractual scope, power limits, procedures, and any applicable SLA are set out in the proposal and the contract.
05 / Colocation
The customer's technicians can access MAD-NE 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They only need to be on the permanent list of authorized persons and identify themselves on entry.
Inside the facility they can work directly on their servers and network core. All customers have, with no booking required, mobile work tables with monitor, keyboard, and mouse, plus Wi-Fi access.
MAD-NE has a free receiving and storage area with metal shelving for hardware, packaging, and materials shipped to the facility.
A private locker, in a single size, can also be rented monthly for personal items or small components of particular value, such as memory, SSD drives, optics, and other devices.
MAD-NE has desks in a shared office room for continuity and disaster recovery plans. They can be set up with power backed by emergency generation, Internet connectivity, telephony, and 24×7 access. The number of workspaces, the services included, and the terms are agreed for each contract.
MAD-NE's services remained active during the national blackout of April 28, 2025.

ipcore can receive hardware, rack and cable equipment, perform reboots and physical checks, replace disks, connectors, or cards, and manage shipments or RMA returns.
Remote hands are available 24×7×365. Every intervention is performed on identified equipment and with the customer's authorization.

MAD-NE lets you choose among the connectivity carriers shown and explore additional options through the Meet-Me Room, dark fiber, DCI links, and connections to other facilities, ESpanix, and DE-CIX.
Connectivity is designed according to each project's destinations, capacity, and continuity.

Once the scope is agreed, ipcore can coordinate hardware receiving, access, racking, cabling, A+B connection, the contracted connectivity, and physical checks at the destination.
Planning for applications, logical dependencies, change windows, rollback, and functional testing remains the responsibility of the customer or their integrator unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The hardware belongs to the customer or their technology provider. The data center operates the physical environment.
The provider usually supplies the server or platform in addition to the environment where it runs.

ipcore's main offering is full 42U racks, available in 600 and 800 mm widths. Other configurations can be considered depending on availability and project.
Each rack has two redundant power feeds, A and B, with a 32 A outlet on each feed. The contracted power is defined separately.
