What data we process
When you use the form or contact ipcore, we may process:
- name;
- company;
- email address;
- phone number;
- interest or reason for contact;
- content of the message;
- technical or commercial information you choose to provide;
- technical data needed to protect and operate the site;
- browsing data processed by Google Ads only when you have given consent.
You must not include in the form passwords, credentials, specially sensitive data, or information that is not necessary for the inquiry.
What we use the data for
- responding to inquiries;
- preparing proposals;
- arranging visits;
- managing colocation, connectivity, migration, or remote hands requests;
- handling projects with MSPs, integrators, ISPs, and carriers;
- handling relations with press and institutions;
- keeping the history needed to give continuity to the conversation;
- protecting the site and preventing abuse or fraud.
Legal basis
Depending on the case, processing is based on:
- your request and the implementation of pre-contractual measures;
- the consent you give when submitting the form;
- ipcore's legitimate interest in responding, maintaining security, and managing its professional relationships;
- compliance with legal obligations where a contractual relationship exists.
Recipients and providers
Data may be processed by the providers involved in hosting, processing, and protecting the form and the site, under the applicable contractual obligations. No CRM or other recipient that is not part of the actual implementation should be mentioned.
When you accept advertising cookies, Google may process browsing data in order to provide Google Ads. That processing may involve a transfer to the United States, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, to which Google is certified. Information about its cookies, privacy, and transfers is linked from the Cookie policy.
Data will not be disclosed to third parties for their own purposes except under a legal obligation or when necessary to handle a request you have authorized.
If any tool involves an international transfer, this policy must identify it and explain the safeguard used before it is enabled.
Retention
Data will be kept for as long as necessary to respond to and manage the request. If a contractual relationship arises, data will be kept for the applicable statutory periods. In all other cases, data may be retained for the period needed to evidence that the inquiry was handled and to address potential liabilities.
Rights
You may request:
- access;
- rectification;
- erasure;
- objection;
- restriction;
- portability, where applicable;
- withdrawal of consent.
Write to dpo@ipcore.com, stating the right you wish to exercise and the information needed to identify your request.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Automated decision-making
ipcore does not make decisions with legal effects based solely on automated processing of data from the contact form.
Security
ipcore applies reasonable measures to protect information. No system connected to the Internet can guarantee absolute security; for that reason, you should limit the data you send to what is necessary for the inquiry.
Changes
This policy will be updated whenever the forms, providers, purposes, or tools used change. The date of the last revision must be displayed on the page.
