Álvaro Montero de Lema is CEO, founding partner, and managing director of ipcore. He founded the company together with Guillén in 2012 and leads its executive management and business development.

His career combines the technical and commercial management of Internet, networking, and digital infrastructure services, a dual perspective he applies daily in leading ipcore.

As managing director, he is the executive point of contact for customers and takes direct part in the company's strategic and commercial decisions.

Marcos Guillén is a founding partner of ipcore and Chairman of its Board of Directors. A serial entrepreneur, he has founded and grown companies in Internet, hosting, software, artificial intelligence, and digital infrastructure.

In 1995 he founded RAN Networks, one of Spain's first Internet providers, whose infrastructure was hosted for years in the facility that ipcore operates today as MAD-NE.

At ipcore he takes part in long-term strategy, the development of new projects, and the company's strategy on digital infrastructure.

Areas of expertise: founding technology companies, Internet and infrastructure, hosting, software, artificial intelligence, and strategy.

Raúl Castaño is a founding partner of ipcore and a member of its Board of Directors. A telecommunications engineer from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, he brings together more than 30 years of international experience in the sector.

His career spans technology development, the operation of fiber networks, and consulting for projects in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America, leading multidisciplinary teams and complex deployments.

He brings to the Board experience in fiber optics, network construction, project management, and technical evaluation of infrastructure.

Areas of expertise: telecommunications engineering, fiber optics, FTTH, network planning and construction, consulting, and project management.
